I started this business to help small businesses and spend more time with my family.

 

The accounting world is full of old school/ high street accountants. They are more interested in numbers than people. My clients, that have moved to me from larger firms, really appreciate the hands-on personal touch.

I enjoy the accounts work but also getting to know my clients and their businesses.

Accounts were traditionally completed using handwritten ledger books.

The manual days are long gone! However, I've found that the prices charged by my high-street counterparts do not reflect this.

What used to take a day's manual work is now completed at the press of a button.

My prices reflect this new, modern understanding.

Don't you just hate bad customer service? I believe you should treat people how you want to be treated. Although this sounds like a basic concept, this is lost in larger companies.
